Online Coaching

Whatever your sport-specific ambition may be - running, triathlons, swimming or cycling, EPB can provide you with an individual training plan, with ongoing weekly support until your reach your desired goal.

EPB's dedicated exercise physiologists, nutritionists and health coaches can provide you with education and assistance so that you reach your personal best.

Plans can be suited to your needs with ongoing weekly support based on what you want and your timeframes. This support includes tweaking of your initial plan and assistance with any nutrition, injury prevention and other obstacles that may arise.

Plans can range from 4 - 12 weeks in duration (depending on your goals). It is advised that a new plan is purchased every 12 weeks.
