What Our Clients Say
Real results from real people — here's what our clients have to say about their experience at EPB.
After some years dealing with my Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis and the physical symptoms, including tripping and falling more, I knew I desperately needed help with balance, strength, stamina and all things movement. I searched and found Camilla, who for the past 5 years has gently guided me to better health, fitness, and greater confidence. On our journey, Camilla consistently adapts our sessions to meet my ever-changing energy levels. Assessments are also conducted in a mindful manner and have supported my achievements. My exercise physiology sessions are staples in my life - they aid my mind and body healing journey.
